Sustainable Organic Design
with Meticulous Attention to Detail
We believe in harmony between human-made structures, the materials used, and the outside environment. We maximise use of local Hokkaido materials, recycling and reclaiming when available, with a focus on energy conservation and minimising consumption.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area that opens out onto an outdoor deck.
Each unit will be decorated in its own unique theme through our collaborations with local craftsmen and artists.

Our team is passionate about art, design, sustainability, and place making with like minded individuals. We envision community space for art exhibitions and workshops, yoga retreats, and private kitchens with local farm ingredients. Dream and create.
Beautiful Biei
Fall in Love with Hokkaido
Nestled in the heart of Hokkaido, Japan, the picturesque village of Biei remains a well-kept secret, celebrated for its enchanting landscapes. The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) recently placed Biei on its Best Villages list.
In the summer, Biei offers scenic hikes and picturesque bike rides along with an expanding selection of local restuarants and coffee shops
For winter sport lovers, Biei is centrally located in the powder belt of central Hokkaido. Asahidake, Furano, Kamui, Pippu ski resorts are all within a 30-40-minute drive.
